Vivaldi's Four Seasons: A Sensory Experience

The Newtown Chamber Orchestra will present “Vivaldi’s Four Seasons: A Sensory Experience" on Sunday, June 1.

A multi-sensory treat, this one-of-a-kind concert will feature the orchestra performing Antonio Vivaldi’s Four Seasons concerti while stunning visuals of nature are projected behind the musicians on the theatre’s 24’ x 13’ high-definition video wall.

The Four Seasons is a group of four violin concerti by Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi, each of which gives musical expression to a season of the year. These were composed around 1718-1720, when Vivaldi was the court chapel master in Mantua.
